More About Exodus Founders

Victor Carrera

A native of New Jersey, residing in Florida for the last 11 years handling millions in sales revenue across different countries, including South America, Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean market, focused on building brand recognition in each respective country. Victor provided daily leadership to his team handling all sales and marketing for the region, oversaw business development initiatives including establishing and managing relationships with key strategic partners, and collaborated with community partners to continuously grow sales and brand recognition.

The most important thing in Victor’s life is his faith and family. Happily devoted to his wife Laura (17 years) and their 2 children, Nicholas (15) and Gabriela (12). This crew loves to travel together, spend time with friends and family, and consider themselves the masters of the weekend get-a-ways. As a family they lovingly serve at their local church where both Victor and Laura hold leadership positions.

Jo Colonna

A native to South Florida, Jo spent the last 20 years working in hospitality, with a focus on the luxury market and team & operational transitions. In his 20 years, he has worked to acquire travel and award industry accolades such as Forbes 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond Awards. Jo’s experience in hospitality has developed in him a servant’s heart, which is felt by those who have placed their trust in him.

Most important in Jo’s life are his faith and family. He has been married to his wife, Amelia, for 17 years, and together the two of them have two children, Sophia (13) and Christopher (12). As a family, they enjoy reading and spending time together outdoors, whether it’s camping, fishing, or taking it easy at the beach. As locals in Hollywood, they are actively involved in their community and church.
